I understand that there is a COVID-19 pandemic and Playtime Event Sitters will follow every effort to prevent the spread by following CDC guidelines and I the undersigned will do so as well and will inform Playtime Sitters if myself, those who I have contact with or my children have any symptoms within 14 days before leaving them in the childcare room. Further, I do release and hold harmless Playtime Event Sitters, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, advertisers, partners, clients, contractors and its successors, for any and all claims, suits or action arising out of in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Playtime Event Sitters' service and/or an accident whereby my child is injured or suffers any illness regardless of if the injuries are caused by negligence. I authorize in any emergency for Playtime Event Sitters to take what action is necessary to receive medical attention for my children.
