Become a Fun Specialist
We are hiring “Fun Specialists” to work with us at various events throughout the DMV area.
Responsibilities
Attract new clients to experience the Fun of Playtime Event Sitters!
Respond to event inquiries in a Fun, but prompt manner
Implement and schedule Fun approved activities at events
Oversee pre and onsite event logistics, including supervision of Fun Sitters and staff
Develop and maintain Fun professional relationships with key groups such as local businesses, nonprofits, religious organizations, schools and more!
Lead Fun orientations for Fun Sitters and staff
Have a smile and joyful persona when meeting our littlest guests and their families!
Flexibility to jump in as needed!
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the childcare industry preferred
At least 1 year of Management experience
Driven, outspoken and motivated
Positive Attitude, Independent and Fun!
Reliable Transportation
Keep up in a fast paced, fun environment
Pass a Background and Reference Check
Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit!
CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain
Social Media Savvy is a Plus!
SCHEDULE
Flexible, with the availability to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays (most events take place on weekends)
LOCATION
Time will be divided up remotely, at headquarters (Tysons Corner) and scheduled events throughout the DMV.
