Childcare Dates - Waitlist

We are now accepting children for the waitlist on the select dates listed below (except for Mondays, as there is still availability). Please indicate the dates your child would like to attend. Hours: February 17–March 7: 7:30–9:30 PM March 8–March 18: 8:30–10:30 PM (following Daylight Saving Time) Special Note: Mondays are reserved for respite care, providing a safe, supervised space for children with special needs. Waitlist Policy: Because spots are limited, children on the waitlist will be offered available spots if a registered child has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start time.

You acknowledge that your child is on the waitlist and waitlisted families, will be let in on a first come, first served basis starting at 7:45 pm until March 7 and then at 8:45 pm starting on March 8th. Except for Mondays (still availability for special needs children).

Pickup Policy

You acknowledge that pickup is at 9:30 PM for dates between February 17–March 7 and 10:30 PM for dates between March 8–March 18. Repeated late pickups may impact future childcare participation.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Playtime Event Sitters to photograph, record, and/or videotape my child(ren) during services and events. I understand and agree that these photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be used by Playtime Event Sitters for lawful purposes, including but not limited to print and digital marketing materials, website content, social media platforms, presentations, and other promotional materials. I acknowledge that all images and recordings are the sole property of Playtime Event Sitters and may be used without further approval. I understand that neither I nor my child(ren) will receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings. By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed and that I voluntarily grant this consent.*

Waiver

I, the undersigned (parent or legal guardian), consent to Playtime Event Sitters’ caregivers providing childcare for my child(ren) at events where Playtime Event Sitters offers services. I understand that reasonable precautions are taken to promote a safe and healthy environment; however, I acknowledge that participation in childcare services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, or accidents. I agree to inform Playtime Event Sitters of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect my child’s care prior to leaving my child(ren) in the childcare area. I hereby release and hold harmless Playtime Event Sitters, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, clients, contractors, and successors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the care of my child(ren), including injury or illness, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Playtime Event Sitters to take any action deemed reasonably necessary to secure medical treatment for my child(ren). I further agree to indemnify and reimburse Playtime Event Sitters and its employees, agents, officers, contractors, and directors for any expenses, costs, claims, or judgments arising from any accident, injury, or illness involving my child(ren) while in their care.*
